Cancellation & Refund

• Orders can be canceled any time before they are shipped. Once Shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

• If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• For orders that have already been shipped, refunds will only be processed upon the return of the product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned product.

Return Policy:

• For damage claims or if you receive the wrong product, please document the unboxing with a video and contact our customer support team immediately.

• If you order a product by mistake or are unsatisfied with it, we do not provide a reverse pickup service. Customers are responsible for returning the parcel at their own expense.

• Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
