Serves - 6 People

  1. Empty packet (200g) in a pressure cooker or cooktop kadhai and add 750ml boiling water.
  2. If using a pressure cooker put on high heat for 4 whistles. Put on low heat for 2-3 minutes & open lid after pressure is released.
  3. If using a cooktop kadhai, cover and cook for 11-12 minutes stirring occasionally. Garnish with fresh tadka.
