How to Use

Prep Time - 1 Minute
Cook Time - 7 Minutes
Total Time - 8 Minutes
Serves - 6 People

  1. Empty packet (200g) in a pressure cooker or cooktop kadhai and add 750ml boiling water.
  2. If using a pressure cooker put on high heat for 4 whistles. Put on low heat for 2-3 minutes & open lid after pressure is released.
  3. If using a cooktop kadhai, cover and cook for 7-8 minutes stirring occasionally. Garnish with fresh tadka.

Turdal, moogdal, onion, rice bran oil, salt, coriander, coriander seeds, sugar, ginger, garlic, jeera, red chillies, asafoetida, turmeric, fennel powder, curry leaves, mustard seeds, citric acid.
