Prep Time - 1 Minute
Cook Time - 7 Minutes
Total Time - 8 Minutes
Serves - 8 People

  1. Empty packet of 100g in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add 300ml hot water.
  3. Put the pressure cooker on high heat for 3 whistles.
  4. Put on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Open lid after pressure is released.
  6. Garnish with ghee and fresh coriander.

Rice, moog dal, rice bran oil, salt, kala masala, ginger, garlic, sugar,
curry leaves, turmeric, asafoetida, jeera, mustard seeds, red chillies.
