- Empty packet of 100g in a pressure cooker.
- Add 300ml hot water.
- Put the pressure cooker on high heat for 3 whistles.
- Put on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Open lid after pressure is released.
- Garnish with ghee and fresh coriander.
