A sweet delicacy made with moong dal, milk and sugar. With generous additions of cashew nuts, almonds, kismis and saffron, sauteed in pure ghee. All our products have a shelf life of six months.

Empty into a non-stick pan, cook in milk, sautee with ghee & serve hot.

Prep Time - 1 Minute
Cook Time - 7 Minutes
Total Time - 8 Minutes
Serves - 8 People

  1. Empty 1 packets (100g) in a pan or microwavable container.
  2. Add hot milk and mix well. Let it rest for 3 minutes.
  3. If using a microwave, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. If using a cooktop, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
