Easy Aglio Olio Pasta Recipe | Quick Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Aglio Olio is one of those dishes that proves how little you actually need to make good food. Just garlic, olive oil, and pasta coming together in a warm, comforting bowl that feels light yet satisfying. The aroma of garlic gently sizzling in olive oil has a way of filling the kitchen instantly, making this pasta feel inviting even before it reaches the plate.

Using Netra’s Aglio Olio Mix gives the pasta a balanced garlic and herb flavour without the need to measure or prepare anything separately. It’s perfect for quick lunches, late evening cravings, or days when you want something effortless but comforting.

Ingredients

• 1 pack Netra’s Aglio Olio Mix
• 200 g pasta, spaghetti or any pasta of choice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1½ cups water
• Salt to taste

How to Make Aglio Olio Pasta

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water as per packet instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta and keep it aside, reserving a little pasta water.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium flame.
  4. Add Netra’s Aglio Olio Mix and sauté briefly until aromatic.
  5. Add the boiled pasta to the pan and toss gently so the seasoning coats evenly.
  6. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the pasta.
  7. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring lightly.
  8. Switch off the flame and serve hot.

Tips / Variations

• Do not overcook the pasta; firm texture works best for Aglio Olio.
• A little pasta water helps the seasoning cling better to the pasta.
• You can add sautéed vegetables or olives if you like extra texture.
• Best enjoyed fresh, straight from the pan.

If you’re looking for a quick, no-fuss pasta, Netra’s Aglio Olio Mix helps you put together this classic dish in minutes without losing its original charm.
