Rice, moogdal, rice bran oil, salt, kala masala, ginger, garlic, sugar, curry leaves, turmeric, asafoetida, jeera, mustard seeds, red chillies.
Instructions:
- Rice, moogdal, rice bran oil, salt, kala masala, ginger, garlic, sugar, curry leaves, turmeric, asafoetida, jeera, mustard seeds, red chillies.
- Add 650ml hot water.
- Put the pressure cooker on high heat for 3 whistles.
- Put on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Open lid after pressure is released.
- Garnish with ghee and fresh coriander.
