Mushroom Chatpata is one of those dishes that comes together quickly but delivers bold flavour. The sizzle of mushrooms hitting a hot pan, the sharp aroma of garlic and pepper, and that slight tang at the end make it hard to resist. It works equally well as a quick side or a small plate when you want something spicy and comforting.
Using Netra’s Butter Pepper Garlic Relish adds depth without needing too many ingredients. The relish coats the mushrooms beautifully, giving them a restaurant-style finish while keeping the dish light and dry. Every bite feels punchy, warm, and full of character.
