Paneer chilly fry with capsicum and onion

Quick Paneer Chilly Fry Recipe | Butter Garlic Paneer Starter

Paneer Chilly Fry is one of those dishes that instantly reminds you of bustling Chinese kitchens and sizzling woks. The sharp aroma of garlic, the crackle of capsicum on high heat, and soft paneer cubes soaking up bold flavours make it a favourite starter at parties and family dinners alike. It’s spicy, buttery, and just indulgent enough.

Using Netra’s Butter Pepper Garlic Relish brings that restaurant-style depth without needing too many sauces. The relish coats the paneer and vegetables beautifully, giving a glossy finish and a balanced garlic-pepper punch. Every bite feels rich, warm, and perfectly seasoned.

Add onion petals, capsicum, and green chillies. Stir-fry on high heat for two to three minutes, keeping them crunchy.

Add the butter pepper garlic relish and toss well.
Stir in soy sauce, chilli sauce, and black pepper powder.

Add the sautéed paneer back to the pan.
Toss everything on high heat for two to three minutes until the paneer absorbs the flavours.
