Pineapple sheera topped with golden cashews

Instant Pineapple Sheera Recipe | Easy Pineapple Kesari with Premix

There’s a special joy in the way pineapple perfumes a simple sheera, giving it a bright, fruity aroma that instantly feels festive. The soft suji absorbs the sweetness of the syrup, and the warm ghee brings everything together into a homestyle dessert that reminds you of family gatherings and prasad bowls passed around with care.

Using Netra’s Prasad Sheera makes the process even easier. The base cooks quickly and turns fluffy, and once the pineapple blends in, the sheera takes on a lovely golden hue with tiny fruity bursts in every spoonful. It’s a comforting sweet dish that's perfect for prasad, bhog, or those moments when you want to serve something warm and cheerful without spending too much time in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Netra’s Prasad Sheera
  •  ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  •  2 to 3 tablespoons pineapple syrup (if using canned fruit)
  •  250 ml hot milk
  •  1 tablespoon ghee
  •  Cashews and raisins for garnish

How to Make Pineapple Sheera

  1. Heat a little ghee in a pan and sauté the pineapple chunks for two minutes. Set aside.
  2. Add the Prasad Sheera mix to a pan.
  3. Pour in the hot milk and pineapple syrup. Mix gently and let it rest for three minutes.
  4. Cover and cook for four to five minutes, stirring occasionally until the sheera becomes soft and fluffy.
  5. Stir in the sautéed pineapple pieces and a spoon of ghee for a richer flavour.
  6. Garnish with fried cashews and raisins. Serve warm for a sweet, fruity twist on classic sheera.

Tips / Variations

  • A pinch of cardamom adds a soft aroma that pairs beautifully with pineapple.
  • Add saffron strands for a brighter colour.
  • For a lighter version, use half milk and half water.
  • Resting the sheera for a minute helps it turn smoother.

If you’d like to prepare it quickly, Netra’s Prasad Sheera mix brings the same homestyle flavour together in minutes.
