• 1 pack Netra’s Zunka Pithla
• 220 ml cold water
• 300 ml boiling water
• Onion, chopped
• Fresh coriander
• Green chilli
How to Make Zunka Pithla

Empty the zunka pithla mix into a bowl.
Add cold water and mix well to form a smooth, lump-free paste. -
Bring water to a boil in a kadhai.
Lower the flame slightly and slowly add the prepared paste while stirring continuously. - Cook the mixture, stirring gently, until it thickens into a soft, smooth consistency.

Switch off the heat and garnish with chopped onion, coriander, and green chilli.
Serve hot.
