Dal palak served with garlic tadka

Quick Dal Palak Recipe | Dhaba Style Lahsuni Spinach Dal

Dal palak is one of those dishes that feels light yet deeply satisfying. The softness of lentils combined with fresh spinach and a gentle garlic aroma makes it perfect for everyday meals. It’s comforting, nourishing, and especially welcome on days when you want something simple but wholesome.

Using Netra’s Dal Fry makes this dish come together quickly without compromising on flavour. Once the spinach is lightly sautéed with garlic, the dal blends in smoothly, creating a warm, dhaba-style bowl that pairs beautifully with rice or roti.
