Instant Dabeli Recipe: Kutchi Street Style Dabeli Shortcut

Dabeli has that unmistakable street-food charm. The mix of spicy potato filling, sweet and tangy chutneys, crunchy peanuts, and soft pav creates a flavour that feels bold yet comforting. It’s the kind of snack that reminds you of evening food carts, hot tawas, and hands moving fast as pavs are pressed and served fresh.

Using Netra’s Instant Pav Bhaji as the base makes the filling quick and full-bodied. Once mixed with potatoes and spices, it turns into a rich, spicy mixture that feels close to classic Kutchi dabeli. Add peanuts, pomegranate, and sev, and every bite has layers of texture and taste.
