- 300 ml hot water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander, chopped
- Lemon wedges
- 6 pav
- Extra butter for toasting pav
How to Make Pav Bhaji

Empty the Instant Pav Bhaji mix into a pan.
Pour in the hot water and mix until smooth.
Cook on medium heat for four to five minutes, stirring a few times.
Add a spoon of butter while cooking for that classic street-style richness. -
Heat a tawa and slice the pav without separating the pieces completely.
Spread butter on the cut sides and toast until golden and crisp. -
Serve the hot bhaji with onions, tomatoes, coriander, and fresh lemon.
