Instant Pav Bhaji Recipe in 5 Minutes | Street Style Taste

There’s a familiar comfort in the smell of buttery pav toasting on a hot tawa. It always reminds me of evenings when a plate of steaming bhaji, bright with tomatoes and spices, felt like the best reward after a long day. Pav Bhaji has a way of filling the home with that warm, street-style aroma that instantly takes you back to Mumbai’s buzzing food corners.

With Netra’s Instant Pav Bhaji, the same flavour comes together in just a few minutes. The mix blends smoothly with hot water and turns into a rich, thick bhaji that feels homely yet unmistakably street-style. Add fresh onions, coriander, and a squeeze of lemon, and the whole dish tastes like it’s been simmering for hours.

Ingredients

  •  200 g pack Netra’s Instant Pav Bhaji
  • 300 ml hot water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • Lemon wedges
  • 6 pav
  • Extra butter for toasting pav

How to Make Pav Bhaji

  1. Empty the Instant Pav Bhaji mix into a pan.
Pour in the hot water and mix until smooth.
Cook on medium heat for four to five minutes, stirring a few times.
Add a spoon of butter while cooking for that classic street-style richness.
  2. Heat a tawa and slice the pav without separating the pieces completely.
Spread butter on the cut sides and toast until golden and crisp.
  3. Serve the hot bhaji with onions, tomatoes, coriander, and fresh lemon.
Keep the butter-toasted pav on the side.

Tips / Variations

  •  Add boiled potatoes or peas for a chunkier bhaji.
  •  A little grated cheese turns it into cheese pav bhaji.
  •  Increase green chilies or chili powder for more heat.

If you’d like to make it quickly, Netra’s Instant Pav Bhaji mix brings the same buttery, homestyle taste in just minutes.
