How to Make Pulao
- Empty the Pulao packet into a pressure cooker.
- Add the hot water as required and stir gently.
- Cook on high flame for three whistles.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for two to three minutes.
- Switch off the flame and allow the pressure to release on its own.
- Open the cooker and fluff the rice lightly with a fork.
