Biryani Kit | Instant Pulao & Marinade | 400g / 4 servings

• Step 1: Cook the Pulao in a pressure cooker or rice cooker as per the instructions on the packet.
• Step 2: Saute the protein / vegetables with the curry paste in a pan till they are cooked.
• Step 3: Put together the Biryani in a pot (handi). Oil and line the bottom with thin slices of raw potato. Over this, layer the cooked protein / vegetables and then the Pulao. Top off the Pulao with ghee, a little milk infused with saffron, fresh coriander and fried onion.
• Step 4: Seal the lid on to the pot with dough and let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
• Step 5: Take off the lid and serve the steaming hot Biryani immediately!

PULAO:

Basmati rice, onion, rice bran oil, cashews, carrots, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, jeera, clove, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, rose essence.

RED CURRY:

Onion, rice bran oil, tomato, ginger, garlic, red chillies, salt,
coconut, turmeric, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, sesame, cumin,
cardamom, nutmeg, asafoetida, black pepper, cloves, fenugreek, bay leaf, cinnamon.
