How to Make Khichadi

Add the khichadi mix to a pressure cooker and pour in the hot water.
Mix gently and close the lid. -
Cook on high flame for three whistles.
Reduce the flame and let it cook for two to three minutes. -
Allow the pressure to release naturally.
Open the cooker and stir lightly.
Drizzle a spoon of ghee and garnish with fresh coriander.
