Basmati rice, onion, rice bran oil, cashews, carrots, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, jeera, clove, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, rose essence.
- Empty packet (200g) in a pressure cooker.
- Add 500ml hot water.
- Put the pressure cooker on high heat for 3 whistles.
- Put on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Open lid after pressure is released.
- Garnish with ghee and fresh coriander.
