Instant Rice Upma Recipe – A light, gluten-free breakfast dish prepared with rice rava sauteed with crunchy split & skinned black gram and Bengal gram, red chillies and cashew nuts.

Ingredients
Rice rava, rice bran oil, salt, coriander, urad dal, cashews, harbara dal, sugar, jeera, asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, ginger.

Instructions

  1. Empty packet (200g) in a pan.
  2. Add 700ml hot water and mix well. Let it rest for 3 minutes.
  3. If using a cooktop, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Garnish with ghee, fresh coriander & crispy shev.
