Ingredients
Rice rava, rice bran oil, salt, coriander, urad dal, cashews, harbara dal, sugar, jeera, asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, ginger.
Instructions
- Empty packet (200g) in a pan.
- Add 700ml hot water and mix well. Let it rest for 3 minutes.
- If using a cooktop, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with ghee, fresh coriander & crispy shev.
