Ingredients
Wheat rava, onion, rice bran oil, coriander, salt, sugar, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger, jeera, red chillies, mustard seeds, turmeric, asafoetida.

Instructions
  1. Empty packet (200g) in a pan.
  2. Add 750ml hot water and mix well. Let it rest for 3 minutes.
  3. If using a cooktop, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Garnish with ghee, fresh coriander & crispy shev.
