Spaghetti, 150 g
Meatballs, small or medium sized, 8-10
Netra’s Red Curry paste, 25 g
Parmesan cheese, for garnishing
Olive oil, 2-3 tbsps.

Heat 4-5 cups of water in a large pot or pan. Add salt and spaghetti once it starts boiling and cook to al dente.

Drain the water, toss in a tbsp. of olive oil and keep aside.


 If using frozen meatballs, ensure they have completely defrosted. Fry or bake the meatballs till they brown slightly. Meatballs can be added to the sauce directly and both cooked together. However, sometimes meatballs can fall apart with this method.

Spaghetti Sauce

Heat around 2 cups of water in a pan. Add one serving (25 g) of Netra’s Red Curry paste and mix well.
Once the sauce starts boiling, add the meatballs to it.
Simmer till the sauce thickens a little, around 4-5 minutes.

Time to Serve!

Pour the Netra’s red curry paste sauce with meatballs over the cooked spaghetti. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top and dig in!
