How to fry meatballs for spaghetti?
Raw meatballs can be deep fried in oil or baked in the oven till slightly browned. Oven-baked meatballs are uniformly cooked and this method lets you handle other parts of the meal simultaneously. Simple sautéing also works. Use a good skillet for the perfect browning. However, for a quick dinner, you can completely skip this step and let them cook with the sauce. As the meatballs simmer in the sauce, they become extra flavorful and tender.
