Long-grain Basmati rice sauteed with onions and aromatic whole spices - clove, cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorn, bay leaf. With added cashew nuts and fried onions. All our products have a shelf life of 1 year.

Prep Time - 1 Minute
Cook Time - 12 Minutes
Total Time - 13 Minutes
Serves - 4 People

  1. Empty packet (200g) in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add 500ml hot water.
  3. Put the pressure cooker on high heat for 3 whistles.
  4. Put on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Open lid after pressure is released.
  6. Garnish with ghee and fresh coriander.
