A traditional Maharashtrian preparation made from gluten-free flattened rice, cooked with sauteed onions, curry leaves, coriander and green chillies. The flavour is a delicate balance of spices and herbs. All our products have a shelf life of six months.
Prep Time - 1 Minute
Cook Time - 5 Minutes
Total Time - 6 Minutes
Serves - 4 People
- Empty packet (200g) in a pan or microwavable container.
- Soak in warm water for 3 minutes.
- If using a microwave, cover and steam for 1-2 minutes.
- If using a cooktop, cover and steam the Pohé for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with coriander, lemon wedge, grated coconut & serve hot.
